Now..you force your own customers to use this app that doesnt even work anymore, I cant even view my usage or plan details or add on anything like it used to be fine but it got messed up and Im sourly disappointed..The plan is great like Mentioned below but this app is horrifyingly bad..I will continue to talk to a cricket rep over this stupid app..(deleted)

This app is a joke. If I need to answer a security question, I have to make sure Im putting it in using ALL CAPS, otherwise it wont work. This app never seems to remember me or my passwords. Cant access my Usage anymore. Cant access My Plan. Im not always by my computer, so if I try to access it using a browser on my phone it tells me to use this worthless app. Just do everyone a favor and pull this junk from the App Store. Dont give this great provider a bad rep.

I keep trying to add high speed data and it dont even let me log in it always says to try back later that they are having technical difficulties thats bs never had the change to ever log on to it ever Ive deleted and downloaded the app numerous times and still the same crap very irritating Im seriously thinking about even switching phone services always have problem with cricket!!!!!!

Thanks for saving me hundreds of dollars over the past year. Ive not had any problems with the app, and weve been able to finish some projects with money saved. It was a good decision and we will remain customers!

I keep trying and cant get into the app ugh

6th day with Cricket & I get an error message every fin time I try to sign on to my acct. with this App! changed the password 5x & same error message! Do you test this stuff before you roll it out????

Mobile hotspot and Login must read advice! MOBILE HOTSPOT If this feature is important to you make sure you check and see if your device is listed as one of the phones that can use the service. Not all phones can use a mobile hotspot through cricket. Also for my iPhone 5s I had to log into iTunes and reconfigure some of the settings in my phone in order for the hotspot to start working. LOG IN ISSUES A lot of people are having problems because they dont realize that they need to capitalize the first letter of their username. When you set up your username it automatically capitalizes the first letter and is caps sensitive. Finally if you have an issue there is a phone number you can call and talk to a representative. Its just not advertised. Its in the app itself under call cricket and you must go through all the automated options to get the prompt to hit 0 to talk to a representative. This is my first day with Cricket. As you can see there are some quirks to the service. My hope is that when everything is set up I will not need any customer service. So far the data speed and call clarity are on par with ATT.

Horrible, cant write review because the user name is used so my review gets deleted every time. The app is crap plain and simple cant log on and cant access website on my phone. Horrible!!

This is not a fancy app, but for checking data usage, seeing how many days are left in your billing cycle etc it works just fine. I use it often. For a $35 a month phone plan, Im not complaining!

Tried going through setup process and I accidentally entered wrong temporary password. Would not send another password and apparently there is no actual customer service with cricket only a useless automated service. Asks me security questions with incorrect answers (however salesperson set up at time of enrollment) and provides no other way to enroll. What a joke!

The worst provider has the worst app... How fitting

As a new cricket customer, I love the service and everything about my phone carrier BUT this app. It gets the basics out of the way for me to check usage and whatnot, but most of the app feels webpage oriented, viewing content is somewhat cumbersome, half of the app redirects to mobile browser, the in app support feature half the time doesnt even work, and when wanting to change plan features or going up or down a plan type (i.e.: from 5gb plan to 10gb plan) it doesnt allow it it will only allow adding features like hotspot. If the developers would restructure a new app from the ground up, I believe it could be way better.

The loading screen is rotated 90 degrees and the wood is going vertical. I wish I could login to try and do what I wanted but the website doesnt let me login via the web interface. Additional I cant recover my account either. I enjoy the service, but dislike the support (or lack of)!!!

Still not so good. This app is less convenient since the most recent updates. The usage information requires two taps, which is a poor design choice for a primary function. And it still doesnt show a timeline above the data usage bar to give a visual indication of usage compared to progress through the billing cycle the way AT&T does. And Cricket IS AT&T now, so thats especially annoying. On the positive side, the app is small to download and update and rarely crashes for me anymore. I also like that it automatically logs in.

I love this app its great for cricket users. I also like that it tells you how much data youre using it shows you Texan calls I just love this app keep it up cricket

Please make the data usage page as the first page when opening app.

I have a 6+ and I dont know if it happens on all the phones but on mine, when you touch the text field to start writing on the chat section, the window scrolls all the way up and you cant see the text until you scroll, fix that and put the data usage in the first screen and it will be 5 Stars review

Im a new customer and I just downloaded this app and it wont let me sign up please fix the issue ASAP!
