Useless Garbage

Tried going through setup process and I accidentally entered wrong temporary password. Would not send another password and apparently there is no actual customer service with cricket only a useless automated service. Asks me security questions with incorrect answers (however salesperson set up at time of enrollment) and provides no other way to enroll.

What a joke!
