This app would be helpful if it worked all the time. It never works its ALWAYS giving me problems

It wont let me sign in to my account

It could be logged on after I updated to the newest version.

This new update has made it to where I can no longer log into my account. Ever time I type in the account and password, I get the buffer circle, it loads then boots me back to the sign in page.

Just as I said in the tittle it is broken and the app is worthless if we cant even log in. Please fix. Pronto..

If I could give it zero stars I would have. Hope the crevice is better than the app or Cricket tech support, which was equally awful.

Im simply returned to the login screen after submitting CORRECT credentials. Theres not even an error message to state whats wrong. Cricket, please fix the login, and implement Touch ID so logging in is not such a chore!

I couldnt access my account through their app. I asked for help using the online chatting on Cricket. The representative guy advised me removing the app and added it back again. I did what he said but still not working. And then he LEFT the conversation without any notice. Couldnt imagine how bad service they are.

The last update they messed it up. Now I am only able to log into my account using their website. Fix this issue NOOOOOOWWWWWW PLEASE

The app, when it works, is very good. The 3-star rating is due to the fact the app frequently freezes, or logs you out, and wont accept known correct credentials when trying to log back in. Cricket service is spot on. Now, if the app worked, my star rating would go up.

Since the update, I cannot log in. Called customer service and they said they are working on an update and to try again tomorrow. Tried again, and I keep having to select "Forgot my login information" and change my password! VERY FRUSTRATING! Please get this fixed!

Every time I try to use this app to check my data, it tells me that the system is having technical difficulties. Every time I try and view my plan details it shows me a blank screen. I cant even buy another gig of high speed data because it wont show me my usage. This app is useless.

This app rarely works. Very slow. Never keeps me logged in. Just try to use and it says "System error. Please try again later".

Can see data and make payment but thats it. Cant make any changes like add data, change plan, or add hotspot. Acts like it is making the change but when you go back in the app, nothing sticks and you end up having to call anyways. Seriously annoying. I wanted the app to avoid calling customer service....

Nice of Cricket to know youre daily data usage. However it does not offer anyway to see your total monthly data usage. Instead you have to pull out a calculator and manually tally up each day of the month. The app development team needs swatted in the back of the head. Unacceptable and completely ridiculous for them not not offer this simple graph. Worst part is when you contact customer service they dont have the ability to tell you youre monthly total without tallying up each day of the month! Fire your app development team, Cricket. Theyre clueless.

The app keeps crashing, logging off and lagging. Idk how others can be satisfied with that. Horrible experience.

Trying to change my plan and the app keeps shutting down. When I try to shop for new product the app will shut down on me

If you go in to change the plan for one account, it will change the other lines and do nothing on the account you are trying to change. Went through multiple app plan changes and calls, and still cant just UPGRADE ONE line. For some reason it will upgrade/downgrade another line. Not the first time this has happened too. Please fix it.

When I setup my account I apparently created a username. Never remembered it because I always used my email to login. I guess with the newest version of the app they took that out so had to reset my password to see what my username was to be able to login again. Not a great experience but at least I can access my account again..
