Working now

1# need to add fingerprint scanner access 2# when opening the app to manage the phone numbers that are on the account we should be able to put the names of people that are using the cell phones that are on the account. 3# cricket needs to auto send a text saying that theyre working on the app system that it will be down for a while

Needs another look

Worked great before. Not sure if the new iOS is not compatible. Everything works the update is nice, but it wont load the daily data usage. This is one of the most beneficial functions!! Please fix

Small and reliable, but annoying

Great update in Feb, 2017! At last the usage page shows a bar representing the days left in my billing cycle so I can see at a glance whether I need to curb my data use for a few days or if Im on track. Another plus is that the app logs me in automatically. This isnt new but is very convenient and worth mentioning. I left a poor review of this app in the past but am very pleased with it now. Nice job, Cricketeers!

No longer works!

Wont go past first screen! Uninstalled! Useless!

No Usage Info

It is messing up billing cycles and couldnt display data usage.

Works fine

App is fine. Does its job. People just want to complain

PROBLEMS

This app is useful when it works. Every time I go to log in I have to recreate my password. I enter my name and password and it says, "incorrect name or password". I have written down the info. and I know it is correct. If it doesnt say, "incorrect name or password", then it says, "system failure try again later". In order to get into my account I have to reset my password. Please fix this problem?

Used to work well

New version lost my credentials and does not allow log in or password reset without failing on my 7s Plus running iOS 10.2.1

iPhone 5

I have switched my sim over to my new phone (iPhone 5) & the app wont load it keeps say its having difficulties. Im trying to pay my bill pls fix.

Worthless

I tried using this and making my account but the thing freaken lagged and wouldnt let me put in my preset password cricket gave me and now it looked me out of signing in. They dont even let you put your correct password for your question in

App doesnt work

App doesnt work. It keeps freezing now I cant get into my account.

Im glad they have it

Im grateful to be able to get to the info quickly. It has funky screen (zooming) stuff that makes me feel like Im on a site that is trying to support all mobile rather than an app designed for my phone and operating system. This is especially terrible when using the Chat function as it zooms so close to what youre typing that you cant see if theyre saying something else and have to zoom out a bit after you send in order to see the full chat window... Given that Im usually using it when I have an issue, it is frustration on top of frustration.

No go with iPhone 5S

Cant be used -- wont recognize passwords. I called Cricket and reset new password three times. No go. Can access the account via Internet. The bug is in this useless app.

Fix this app

I used to use the cricket app to pay my bill and for months now when I try logging in it deletes my password. Please fix or update so I can use it again.

Nothing in the app or website works!

It never accepts my password. Not on the website and not to log into the app. If I hadnt already setup auto pay I would switch carriers.

Issues

I have issues with this app. I under stand the company has no contracts. So sometimes people have a phone for a month and cant pay. So believe me when I say I understand. Can you please make it so there is more than one way to confirm login and password recovery. Please help

The new app works great... View data usage, when your bill is due and more!

Great handy app! Definitely improved, it can do everything a Verizon or att app would plus you can chat directly from the app to a cricket tech!

Great Compatibility

Great that the app is still compatible with ios6. But theres bugs that it cannot show words completely when chatting. Btw, cricket is much cheaper than the four large companies, and I think signal intensity and network speed are not worse.

New to Cricket - Works Without Issues

A little perplexed to read some of the other reviews regarding login issues and inability to save password. I just moved over to Cricket from Sprint and have had zero issues. Password saved easily and the app is straight forward and easy to use. Loads much quicker than Sprints.

Still a hot mess and incomplete

The app is a disastrous wrapper for Crickets broken mobile website, which wouldnt even have passed muster years ago due to zoom problems in the infuriating chat interface and missing features (including the insane decision to pop up browser tabs that insist you need the desktop version or, worse, suggest you use the app!) Im not saying not to use Cricket. Just be aware that any serious work on your account cannot be done unless you call or visit a store. The desktop site is not great either, and presents billing information poorly and misleadingly.
