Its Like A Real App Now

Thank you AT&T for spending a little money to have the Cricket app actually designed. Please bring back the number of days left in the billing cycle though. Not really sure why you took that away. Update: they still havent brought back showing number of days left in the billing cycle. And they have no way to give app feedback. I guess they just dont care.

No issues so far

Im not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this app. The interface is a bit bulky, but the monthly data usage for the current billing period is displayed right at the top of the usage tab, and I havent had any problems with online payments. It functions exactly as you would expect it to.

Login still broken

After a few weeks of initially getting the app ,logging in, and staying logged in, it logged me out on all of my devices and I get "Username and password entered incorrectly" message every time I try to log in. Resetting password worked once but it logged me out again after 2 days. Again, I constantly get "Username and password entered incorrectly" message every time I try to log in. From all the other past reviews about this, seems like they are not even bothering to fix this or just plain do not know how to.

Piece of $h!t

This app, and the support team behind it are both a living monument to stupidity. Stupid app design, stupid people at customer support and the results...... you guessed it. First, you have to enter your: name, phone number, pin and password after you download the app. Secondly, when using the app to get help from the 1 star customer support team, you need to again, enter your: name, phone number and pin. So why the hell do I have to put this information in a second time, just so I can ask a question? Why doesnt the information carry over? Thirdly, the app doesnt work. Half of the comments you make to customer service dont go through. The ones that do are handled by incompetent people. You are better off downloading a game and spending your time playing that, than expecting people whos job it is to help you, fail at their one task, miserably.

Ive been trying to change my plan type on the app and it isnt letting me. Once I click it, the app closes on its own.

MyCricket app is doing everything now, but I really wish they had data stash feature like other networks.

Login broken

Simple as that. It logged me out after second launch of the newest update and wont let me log in anylonger

For why I need it for it works great. All it really does is shows you your bill and data.

Fed up

EVERY TIME THIS APP UPDATES IT LOGS YOU OUT AND WONT LET YOU LOG BACK IN UNLESS YOU REST PASSWORD REALLY TIRED OF THIS FIX IT FIX IT FIX IT

Love cricket hate the app!!!

Everytime I turn around my access is being denied. I cant even get into my own account or to customer service to let them know about this. Its getting REALLY REALLY OLD

Keeps getting worse

Apps are suppose to get better in time .. Not worse! It keeps crashing. It might be helpful if they focus on making things work instead of advertising features.

Completely useless!!!

Seriously whats the point to have this app on the phone while its always inaccessible due to the system error message?!!! And even when it works it always takes a long time to load the content or crashes to home screen!!!

No Longer Works

The app worked perfectly fine before this update. Now I cant get past the start screen. Restarted my phone, nothing. Reinstalled, still nothing. Did soft reset, nothing again. Please fix this; I really enjoyed using this app to check my account. Thanks!

Latest update broke app

DONT update! Latest update broke app. App just hangs on the splash screen.

Had to re-enter my login

Pretty decent overall. Updating did, again, cause the app to lose my login, minor but still. Good to see they added days remaining, but it would be better as a bar graph next to data usage to more easily see if youre using data too fast. Also it needs to be more precise with reporting data usage. Saying Ive used 2.9 GB is a lot less useful than saying Ive used 2.98 GB, for example.

Thanks for adding days remaining to the app. It was frustrating without it.
