Sign up/in issues. Crap

A new customer, yet cant sign up or do anything.

Not user friendly

Its not user friendly and half the features dont work. The layout of the app looks like it was done by a middle schooler. Needs updated and fixed asap

Cant use it

Its really slow. My data works fine but this app is slow doesnt work sometimes. I have the latest version too on the iPhone 6 Plus the app. How am I suppose to pay my bill??

not working

Unlike crickets regular webpage this app appears unreliable - on first opening it doesnt show my plan features (page stays blank) and the usage page just states "temporary difficulties - please try later again" Definitely room for improvement here ...

It cant get any worse. At&t, the parent company offers a sub par app for pre-paid as well.

I dont expect...

A mobile application to function like a website. Therefore, all I have to say is that it does what I need. I needed to check the quantity of my data usage. I bought the Iphone 6s and one neat feature is Touch ID which would be cool if the majority of applications could implement it. It would mean that you could access an app in public without revealing your password.

Inconvenient access to usage tab

I use this app only to check my data usage. I imagine this is true of a great many other users. Unfortunately, Cricket continues to bury access to that function in a menu, at the upper right of the screen—the worst location for every user who operates his/her phone with the left hand. Please, Cricket, restore the quick-access buttons at the bottom of the screen!

Touch ID compatibility would be cool!

Would give app 5 stars if there was Touch ID sign on.

Functional but much room for improvement

Please put the data usage on the main screen! Also, there is no way to change plans unless you go to the full website on a computer because this mobile app nor the mobile website have this functionality.

Im screwed

Awesome app to pay your phone bill. But I had forgotten my username, and password. I went to reset my password so I put my phone number in and it asks for a security question answer. I dont know the answer to that. So Im doomed. Itll be nice if you can reset it with just your phone number but I guess not. Theres no other way I can get around it

Make Convenient for Customer

It would be nice if payment info didnt have to be put in every time....where we just put in the amount to be paid.
