They locked my device and now I have to pay for 6 months of service before they unlock it. Total scam to lock you in.
I usually don’t rate big companies but cricket has made it so easy to use my phone that I have from AT&T and they gave me a free 14 day trial the bill is manageable and the speed is fine. Cricket thank you.
They now offer a cheaper rate but it’s not really lower. And I think cricket should hold the payment for the protection plan and add it to the deductable on replacement phone. But the app it’s self sometimes messes up. When you tap certain things ot bring you to the web page when it should stay in the app.
Data seems to be getting slower and slower for highest tier plan

Phone was cut off paid my phone bill with my debit card. They took the money and still didn’t turn my phone back on and then when I tried to contact customer service there’s nobody to contact they close at I think 11 so if your phone go off at night time after 12 o’clock you can’t use it until they open back up on Monday

I made a payment on my account right before combining my account to get the multiline discount but my account doesn’t show the proper credit and when I called I was told it was fixed and I owe nothing on the 5th but now I am being forced to pay extra money I don’t owe

I’ve been a loyal customer of cricket since for years I’ve been a customer since 2000 and or 2007 I believe, from what I remember, and at first I joined just because they were cheap, but then I left for a while and went to boost and they sucked so bad boost I mean so I came back to cricket and luckily they have large coverage area so no matter which state I lived and I could always get cricket and I think their price reasonably mint is cheaper but mince not as accessible. I mean, they don’t have any store you can go into not that I really need the store. I do this stuff online, but I like because I hate to not have the option of going into a store. I mean, God forbid you can’t do whatever you need to do you want your phone? You want your Internet and you want all. Another time I was gonna switch to mint, but then I realized that they don’t even have freaking more buildings at all not even one so that’s why I did.
So what am I waiting for?
my bill was 123 i paid my bill early and they still shut my phone off then i had to pay 25$ yo get it back on they could not tell me why my bill or my phone was turned off

Always have payment issues. Card info correct tripple checked and still says error. Now when purchasing further gb for hotspot your systems have errors like whats so hard don't you want my money?

I spent about 2 hours yesterday going back and forth with account reps and even a few managers via text. I made a payment. Rather than accept my payment, cricket held $60 in pending and the payment never went through. My bank confirmed with me that the funds were being held by cricket. The funds were debited from my account. Even now the funds are still “pending” and I don’t have access to them. They deactivated my services and are trying to charge me an additional fee to reactivate my services. Meanwhile my money is still “pending”. I’ve had reps tell me that my funds have been released and I should resubmit my payment but they lied. They told me that my account information (address) was incorrect and that’s why they withheld my funds. That was a flat out lie. I have screenshot and the records from my whole interaction and multiple conversations. This is horrific customer service. From management on down. I was passed around between over 12 different agents yesterday. I’m switching services as soon as possible. This is ridiculous!
They won’t refund your money for unused payments if you want to cancel

The virtual assistant is terrible. I don’t have a sim so I cant receive texts but the “smart” digital assistant keeps wanting to send me a text. Hmm.

I went to make a separate payment off one of my cards of $43 and it went through, thinking i’d have $22 left to pay for my phone bill but it never updated my new amount due and was still saying i owed $65. Leaving me not knowing where my $43 went. It even asked me how much i wanted to pay from one of my cards. So now i’m down $43 and no phone service.
After switching too cricket My phone works in my apartment, it works better period !!!! Thank you !!!

I really do like this cricket app and service but lately when we began the service, it had a little twerk and glitches here and there hopefully the update Much for being my wireless company
Miserable login process that just takes you in a loop over and over back to the login screen after successfully logging in and entering the 2FA code. Also it’s goofy to require the only 2FA option to be a phone on the account. I don’t have a phone in the account because I use this for my kids and other family members. I have to ask one of my kids for the 2FA code every time who do not live with me.
Been with cricket for several years. My whole family is on a plan and we love it. I travel a lot to small towns in out of the way places with no service for anything including radio stations and I always have cricket service! There is no other choice for service at this kind of value! Cricket rocks!

After “update” all I got was that stupid green cartoon. Never opened the app. Been paying online for years. Just had to delete the app. Why is the thumbnail a K when it’s spelled with a C?? Waiting for install of app. 15 minutes? Will it work? And the random 5 dollar increase was not appreciated. Purposely do NOT HAVE DATA/INTERNET and DO NOT WANT.

It’s been a uear if constant problem they lie about the auto pay amd say it deducts 5 u jeve to call amd jeve or fixed each month u pay for hotspot amd it take 5-7 HOURS for it work telling cricket about the problem is a complete waste of time for d recommend cricket as your last resource for phone service I’d recommend a government phone over this save your money and time amd go to Verizon or AT&T or sprint anything but this lousy service and the customer service is even worse If that’s possible I will be getting new phone sever amd this is the last time I’ll ever pay for hotspot and then wait 5-7 hours to see if it will work
I don’t even know where to start. Just expect to spend hours moving from one carrier to another. Support staff ends chats mid conversation. Plus when trying to pay, cricket is so shady that all of my credit cards were declined because of suspected fraud. I’ve never experienced this with any other reputable company.
I’ve been with Cricket for 4 years and they offer nothing worth while. Be ready to pay for anything that says it’s free.
Just raised my monthly payment- no warning, just “your payment is going up “ no change in my service, I’ve never been late on a payment. Moving to patriot mobile.
